Christie Murray, PhD
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Christie Murray is a 27 year senior executive, specializing in engineering, education, leadership development, career and professional planning, and oil & gas energy. She is a national keynote speaker and published author. Dr. Murray lives a standard of excellence in education and more! Dr. Murray earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University. She also holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, a Master in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Dr. Murray developed a passion to help students get accepted into college and graduate debt-free after she receiving numerous college scholarships. She recognized the need to close the college access gap and develop impactful college planning and funding resources with students and families who are less likely to get the information they need. Dr. Murray wrote and published two books (with student workbooks) titled, “College Planning Strategies I Wish Someone Had Told Me”and “College Funding Strategies I Wish Someone Had Told Me” to provide much needed strategies and information that she wished someone had told with her!
She speaks nationally on numerous motivational, college, professional and leadership topics and shares her unique experiences with individuals and groups on overcoming challenges and navigating through change with a positive and productive mindset.
Felix Poteate II
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Poteate is an accomplished U.S. Navy (retired) veteran with expertise in leadership, training, professional development, strategic planning, business management, education, health care, social work, crisis management, transportation, and more. He oversees business operations and business development opportunities for the company. Felix holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from American Intercontinental University and a Master 's degree in Social Work degree from the Ohio State University.

His focus is to educate youth, individuals, professionals, and​ organizations who desire to improve or grow. Mr. Poteate's vision is to offer creative and innovative strategies and solutions to influence change, facilitate individual growth, and enhance organizational success through effective and meaningful personal and professional development.
